After graduating from Yeditepe University, Department of Business Administration with an honorary award, she worked in Turkey’s leading advertising companies and media agencies in the early years of her career.

 

 

In 2005, she transferred to FED Training & Consulting Training and Consultancy company as Sales Manager. Koton, İşbankası and Sabancı Group Companies; She supported the implementation of Transformation, Customer Experience and Innovation projects, and the organization of conferences held by international speakers such as Tom Peters and Michael Raynor with thousands of people in Türkiye.

 

In 2009, she transferred to TMI Turkey, which was represented by PDR Group in those years, as the Sales Manager. During her tenure, she received the “Initiative of the Year” award with the Hyundai Sales Academy Project in 2011. Appointed as the General Manager in 2015, Drahşan won the “Business Developer of the Year” award in 2016 with the R-Touch Attitude, “Excellent Customer Satisfaction” project realized at Renault France’s Global. In 2017, she completed the ICF Approved Professional Coaching from Adler International Learning and in 2020, she received the CPEC title by completing the ICF Approved Advanced Coaching programs. Ayşegül Drahşan, who has been managing the corporate training processes of thousands of different companies in Türkiye and around the world for more than 15 years, and supporting companies in their training and consultancy processes, also continues her individual and corporate coaching activities.

Biltor Uluçay received his undergraduate degree from the Naval Academy (1988) and his graduate degree from Boğaziçi University Electrical/Electronic Department (1995).

He has undertaken managerial responsibilities in various disciplines such as business development/sales, M&A (acquisition-merger), technology, product management/development, regulations in leading international and domestic companies with different qualifications (Turkcell, Superonline, D-Smart, IBM, Doruk). He was a management consultant. In addition to managing multicultural teams, his experience with customers and business partners covers the USA, Japan, Europe and the Middle East as well as Türkiye. He still takes part in strategic development projects of start-ups/scale-ups as a management consultant.

Beyond standard managerial approaches, he enriched his interest in corporate employees with Coaching and Mentoring approaches throughout his working life. Individual and Team Coaching and NLP training at Erickson Coaching International; He completed his mentoring training at Clutterbuck Associates and continues to work with institutions and individual clients at home and abroad as an ICF accredited coach, and carries out voluntary projects with non-governmental organizations.

Binnur Kayabey graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Business Administration in 1995 and started her professional life at Eczacıbaşı Menkul Değerler.

Afterwards, she moved into an entrepreneurial role as the founder of 2 companies operating in the field of corporate event management and medical device sales. In the first 20 years of her professional career, she took responsibilities related to the creation of different organizational structures, the structuring and management of sales and marketing teams, the determination of strategic priority targets, the establishment, evaluation and development of performance systems, and the analysis of competitors.

 

 

Continuing her studies in the fields of Consulting and Professional Coaching since 2016, Binnur has completed the Human Resources Management Certificate Program, Professional Coaching Basic and Advanced Level trainings accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Team Coaching training, and Transactional Analysis and Neuroscience training. She has the title of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) given by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

 

Believing that people’s journey to themselves is very valuable, she supports the development and transformation of institutions and individuals by sharing their journey with friendships based on knowledge, trust and sincerity in order to activate their endless potentials and  to achieve the performance or satisfaction they want.

While continuing his business life, he completed his Master of Business Administration (Executive MBA) at Istanbul Technical University (ITU) between 2004 and 2005. He completed the 4-month overseas-supported People and Business Management Learning Program (PMB2) training at Siemens, which covers management skills, decision-making and coping with difficult situations. Additionally, as a result of his project management experience at Siemens, he received the “Commercial Project Manager” certification, which the company is entitled to receive after certain qualifications. In addition, he was entitled to receive the “Project Manager” certification of IPMA (International Project Management Association), an international project management organization.
He started his business life in 1992, working in various positions at Conrad, Four Seasons and Crowne Plaza Ataköy hotels, respectively. After working as Budget and Credit Manager at the Crowne Plaza Ataköy hotel, he started working as a Commercial Specialist in the Telecommunications department at Siemens Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. in 2000. He worked as an expert and manager in purchasing, project management and sales in the Telecommunications and Energy departments of Siemens.
He started his coaching career in March 2014 with the training he received at Adler coaching school. After his coaching training, he met the ICF’s coaching qualifications and received the PCC title.
He has a total of 28 years of professional life experience, with 8 years of experience in the service sector and 20 years of finance, sales and project management experience in the telecommunications and energy sector. This experience helps him when he works in both coaching and training.

Burçak Atak is graduated from Marmara University's Tourism and Hotel Management Department and is a member of the same university's advisory board. Burçak completed Basic Psychology at Yeditepe University, NLP Specialization at Istanbul Technical University, and Art Therapy programs at Istanbul University. She is a ICF-certified professional executive and team coach.

She has 32 years of senior management and entrepreneurial experience in the services sector, particularly in tourism and communications. She currently serves as a management consultant and expert in the tourism sector and is a practitioner of the Track Selling Institute – Max Sacks International Sales Training School in Istanbul.

She has experience in scripting and designing gamified interactive video training. While utilizes coaching and NLP-based methodologies in her training, her work draws influence from disciplines such as humanistic psychology, philosophy, sociology, and management. She approaches corporate life challenges through the lens of transferable competencies and contributes to the development of human centered solutions.

She continues her researches in ancient Anatolian cities, esoteric symbols, and occult sciences.

Throughout her corporate career, she worked as a manager in sales and marketing departments of leading companies in the pharmaceutical industry.

As an ICF-certified professional coach and trainer, Karadeniz has provided competency development training in more than 200 corporate companies and continues to conduct coaching activities to improve motivation, effective speaking and presentation skills.

Deniz Karadeniz is also a First Aid Trainer, teaches parents the correct first aid practices to be performed when their children face an emergency with her project «Öpünce Geçmeyen Uflar» which was deemed worthy of an award by “The Best in Education”.

In addition to her training programmes she also appears as a guest on numerous national television programs and primetime news bulletins. She delivers seminar programs to public in  best known shopping malls in İstanbul and hosts a radio show of the same name on Radio Gedik for eight years, hosting distinguished guests.

Having B.A. in Econometrics, Uludag University, Fikret Aslanyürek has recently obtained his master degree in neuromarketing from Üsküdar University.

He started his career as a fraud specialist in Akbank. He worked in Vestel for 13 years during which he would be one of the founding trainer of the Vestel Retail Academy. He has a significant experience in education with a career history that includes consulting, coaching, helping organizations develop their workforce by equipping them with brain-based methodology, and supporting proffessional development.

He has completed Tony Buzan’s courses and has a valid certification in Mind Mapping, memory, speed reading, and creativity. He has been faciliated workshops on business intelligence, leadership, neuromarketing, behavioral decision making -cognitive and social processes- and, sales and persuasion techniques.

He can tailor Mind Mapping workshops to meet the specific needs and interests of individuals and teams. By using Mind-Maps, he is organizing outdoor conceptual activities in the historical sites of Istanbul. After graduating from Boğaziçi University, Department of Business Administration in 1987, Funda Ö. Bener worked at Finansbank between 1988 and 1991, Credit Lyonnais between 1991 and 1994, and Ottoman Bank between 1994 and 2001.

Between 2012 and 2016, he worked as the Training and Development Manager at Carrefoursa, took part in the establishment of the Carrefoursa Academy and led the team that ensures the operation of the academy. The team she led in the first year of the academy produced projects that received the TEGEP Leadership Development special jury award and the Brandon Hall bronze medal award in the category of “best video learning”. Bener, who completed his master’s degree in Marmara University, Department of Business Administration and Organizational Behavior in 2006, completed her coaching training in 2009 and received the title of PCC.
She continues to work in the fields of Assessment Center and Learning Center. By following the research and studies on Neuroscience and Leadership, it tries to construct and apply tools and methods that carry the realities of practice to development. (2004). She took her first step into her professional career in 1998 at Kanal D News Center under the supervision of Uğur Dündar and Haluk Şahin. During the same years, she received diction and news anchoring training both at Bilgi University and Kanal D.
She wanted to enrich her experience in visual broadcasting with magazine publishing and worked in the editorial departments of women’s, health, fashion, popular science, and decoration magazines at Doğan Burda Magazine Group (1999). Under the same group, between 2002 and 2007, she served as Brand Manager and Advertising Manager for various magazines. In addition to numerous advertising and marketing projects, she took part in the management of events such as the Women’s Festival, Sexual Intelligence Conference, and Healthy Living Festival.
In 2009, she produced and hosted a live weekday health program called “Maximum Health” on Show TV. Since 2011, through the communication agency she co-founded, she has been providing brand and media consultancy services to many corporate firms operating in the health, education, finance, and energy sectors.

İlknur Akgül completed her undergraduate studies in the Department of Classical Archaeology at the Faculty of Literature, Anadolu University, in Eskişehir.

After graduating, she began her banking career as a Teller at Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş.
The human-centered perspective gained through her archaeology education, combined with her outstanding performance as a bank employee, played a significant role in her career advancement.
In addition to her social sciences background, she earned a second bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Anadolu University. At Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş., she held various positions including Clerk, Officer, Assistant Manager, Branch Manager, and Assistant Regional Sales Manager, serving in Adana, Yozgat, Ankara, Kastamonu, Konya, and İzmir.
During her tenure as both branch and regional manager, she was recognized as a “highly empathetic and inspiring leader,” building numerous high-performing teams that achieved notable success.
She established the Dialog Center 2 Branch, which provides next-generation digital banking services. Over her approximately 26-year banking career, she participated in nearly 200 in-house training programs, most of which focused on personal development and sales. Levent Tirit, who started his career as a Sales Representative at Merck Sharp Dohme Pharmaceuticals, served as Regional Manager, Sales Manager, Training Manager and Sales Force Effectiveness Manager at Bristol-Myers Squibb Pharmaceuticals, Field Promotion Programs Manager and Regional Sales Manager for Allergan Pharmaceuticals, respectively.

 

During his career, in which he accepted continuous learning, development and change as the motivation of his professional working life; participated in sales, communication, leadership, performance-career and executive skills development programs. In addition to many certification programs, he completed the “Adler Central Europe Coaching Faculty” as a Professional Coach.

By managing the selection and placement processes of the field teams in the companies he worked for, he provided many professional competency trainings to the sales representatives and managers, and carried out the coaching activities of the field managers. Her 23 year banking career within Yapı ve Kredi Bankası includes portfolio management, customer relationship management, credit evaluation, credit monitoring and structuring, investment financing, budget management, product sales and marketing, team management, reorganization, process and change management, etc.

In addition to her Turkey experience, she worked as the Marketing Manager at the German subsidiary of the Bank for one year. After retiring from her position as Commercial Branch Manager in 2020, she completed the Professional Coaching Training Academy at Pdr International and continues her professional career as a Training Consultant and Professional Coach.

Nurhan AKTI, who graduated from the Naval Academy in 1996, is one of the first active-duty female officers in Türkiye. Originally a Computer and Control Engineer, she completed her Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations and Public Administration. She worked with many different teams/leaders in a wide variety of duties in the Naval Forces Command for 21 years and retired with the rank of major. From this date on, she decided to continue her journey with a coaching journey, who received Basic and Advanced Professional Coaching training and Team Coaching training, and is currently among the few coaches holding the MCC (Professional Certified Coach) title with more than 4,000 hours of senior manager, team and performance coaching/mentoring experiences. Aktı, who is also an expert in corporate training, has had the chance to work with thousands of people by giving seminars to more than 200 companies on a wide range of subjects over 2.000. Bringing the experience she gained, with her trainer’s hat to her coaching and the experience she gained in coaching to training, she offers solutions that make a difference for her clients to set their real goals and achieve the transformation they want. Believing that individuals are one and unique, trying to look at life holistically, valuing nature and love, she has made it her mission to be with and touch people so that everyone can discover their potential and make a difference. The words that best express her view of life will be “Passion”, “Curiosity” and “Love”. Being aware of the fact that love and knowledge multiply by sharing, she makes a joyful journey in life. After entering the IT Industry as the Retail Channel Manager at Arena Computer in 1995, he continued his career at Compaq Computer as a Marketing Coordinator. After working as the Marketing Director at Dell Computer distributor Sentim Bilişim, he worked as the Channel Manager at Computer Associates (CA), and finally as the General Manager of Türkiye, Israel and N. Africa at Autodesk, the manufacturer of leading design software such as AutoCAD and 3Ds Max. Dedeoğlu is also actively involved in music and has been playing the guitar for nearly 40 years.

She completed the MBA program at Maltepe University in 2008. She continued her professional experience, which she started in 1999, by working for about 10 years in the field of Sales and Marketing in different institutions in the IT and Telecom sectors.

After 2009, she continued her career in the field of Human Resources, whichs he studied and dreamed of. After working as a Human Resources and Recruitment Consultant at Metropol Consulting, she worked as a Human Resources Manager at Senkron Yazılım and Radore Data Center.

She worked as the Human Resources Director at Felece Teknoloji, which operates in the field of SAP Consulting. She took responsibility for more than 20 years in the IT sector.

Günay, who takes an active role in all functions of Human Resources, sometimes as a constructor and sometimes as an executive, provides coaching and consultancy support to individuals and institutions after completing ICF-approved basic coaching and Advanced Coaching trainings.

Within the body of PDR International, she provides training and consultancy services in the field of process design and organizational development and Human Resources, and coaching and mentoring services within the body of PDRICMA.
