Level 1 is the core program of coaching. It prepares people to receive the ACC title by introducing them to the coaching approach and equipping them with a wide variety of coaching tools. The program, which lasts 2-6 months, has a holistic perspective.

The program, which lasts 85 hours, is given on-line or face-to-face by PDRICMA Faculty Leaders with ICF Titles.

It is done in Turkish and English. You can contact us for programs that can be held in different languages ​​and abroad.

Our participants who complete our PDRICMA Professional Coaching Certification program will have coaching certificates approved by the ICF (International Coaching Federation) and accepted worldwide.

Module 1 Introduction of Professional Coaching (33 Hour)

Module 2 Deeping in Professional Coaching (32 Hour)

10 Hours of Mentoring; 3 Individual, 7 Group Mentoring

5 Supervisions; 2 observed supervisions with 3 written feedbacks

It includes 2 Performance Evaluation Exams and follow-up projects supporting Coaching.
