The one-on-one coaching process begins with a chemistry session where the coach and the person to be coached meet and determine compatibility.

Goal Setting Meeting
A meeting where the person to be coached and the coach define coaching goals and create a roadmap together.

Coaching Session
The person to be coached (Coachee/Client) explores their goals and creates action plans through powerful questions and coaching techniques.

Interim Evaluation & Closing Session
Depending on the number of sessions, an interim evaluation assesses progress, and the closing session celebrates achievements and sets future direction.
