We are in the second year of our coaching program for graduated scholars in cooperation with PDRICMA and Anadolu Foundation. We support the personal and professional development of Anadolu Foundation scholars through coaching.
We contribute to TEGV, which was founded with the aim of raising primary school children with contemporary and universal values, and has been creating significant social impact since its establishment.
As PDR Group, we have been pioneers of Education and Development since our founding in 1989. We support the education of our children and adults and contribute to Libraries Week through our collaboration with KAHEV.
With the slogan 'Come, let's change the world together!', PDR Group has been contributing to Transforming Steps since 2023, supporting children with leukemia and their families.
Through the "Suspended Coaching" project we carried out in collaboration with the 15-29 Youth Platform, we accompanied young people on their development journeys. Through our graduate coaches, we offered volunteer coaching support to young people on the platform, helping them discover their potential and clarify their goals. With this social-impact project, we strengthened a culture of solidarity and sharing.
Through our collaboration with KEDV, we contributed our coaching support to work aimed at empowering women. In this process, we accompanied women as they increased their self-awareness and clarified their goals. Through coaching, we supported participants in discovering their potential and taking stronger steps in their lives. Together with KEDV, we continue to make a sustainable contribution that adds value to women's development journeys.
Through our collaboration with Değiştiren Adımlar, we took part in work that supports young people in becoming empowered and discovering their potential. By contributing coaching to the programs and projects run in this process, we helped participants increase their self-awareness and supported their development journeys. In this work, focused on inclusion and equal opportunity, we aimed to strengthen a culture of learning and creating together. With Değiştiren Adımlar, we continue to contribute to young people's development with the aim of creating social benefit and sustainable impact.
