At PDRICMA, whether you are just starting out or an experienced coach, we offer the most comprehensive program to advance your coaching career.

10 hours of PCC-level mentor coaching (7 hours group + 3 hours individual)

In interactive lab environments, you can develop and observe your coaching skills on live cases.

Regular supervision sessions that support your professional development.

📝 Performance Evaluation

PCC competency level performance evaluation exam review opportunity is provided.

🌍 Interdisciplinary Approach

Presenting coaching's relationships with other disciplines in various dimensions to support personal and professional development.

🏆 ICF Credentialing Support

All necessary information and support for ACC and PCC credentialing processes are provided.

📌 Performance Evaluation Authority: Our Academy has the authority to evaluate Performance Evaluation Exams for both ACC and PCC Credentialing.

Certification

Certificate and Credentialing

Participants who successfully complete the program will receive a total of 85 hours certificate of attendance.
Those who can document having received at least 60 hours of training from previously ICF-accredited programs Level 2 Advanced Certificate will earn the right to receive.
