After graduating from Yeditepe University, Department of Business Administration with an honorary award, she worked in Turkey’s leading advertising companies and media agencies in the early years of her career.

 

 

In 2005, she transferred to FED Training & Consulting Training and Consultancy company as Sales Manager. Koton, İşbankası and Sabancı Group Companies; She supported the implementation of Transformation, Customer Experience and Innovation projects, and the organization of conferences held by international speakers such as Tom Peters and Michael Raynor with thousands of people in Türkiye.

 

In 2009, she transferred to TMI Turkey, which was represented by PDR Group in those years, as the Sales Manager. During her tenure, she received the “Initiative of the Year” award with the Hyundai Sales Academy Project in 2011. Appointed as the General Manager in 2015, Drahşan won the “Business Developer of the Year” award in 2016 with the R-Touch Attitude, “Excellent Customer Satisfaction” project realized at Renault France’s Global. In 2017, she completed the ICF Approved Professional Coaching from Adler International Learning and in 2020, she received the CPEC title by completing the ICF Approved Advanced Coaching programs. Ayşegül Drahşan, who has been managing the corporate training processes of thousands of different companies in Türkiye and around the world for more than 15 years, and supporting companies in their training and consultancy processes, also continues her individual and corporate coaching activities.

Ayşegül Drahşan, who has been the General Manager of PDR International since 2015 and the General Coordinator of the PDR Group since October 2019, is married, has one child, is the author of the book “We Need an Education” and SHIFT! Of which she is one of the co-authors

Nurhan AKTI, who graduated from the Naval Academy in 1996, is one of the first active-duty female officers in Türkiye. Originally a Computer and Control Engineer, she completed her Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations and Public Administration. She worked with many different teams/leaders in a wide variety of duties in the Naval Forces Command for 21 years and retired with the rank of major. From this date on, she decided to continue her journey with a coaching journey, who received Basic and Advanced Professional Coaching training and Team Coaching training, and is currently among the few coaches holding the MCC (Professional Certified Coach) title with more than 4,000 hours of senior manager, team and performance coaching/mentoring experiences. Aktı, who is also an expert in corporate training, has had the chance to work with thousands of people by giving seminars to more than 200 companies on a wide range of subjects over 2.000. Bringing the experience she gained, with her trainer’s hat to her coaching and the experience she gained in coaching to training, she offers solutions that make a difference for her clients to set their real goals and achieve the transformation they want. Believing that individuals are one and unique, trying to look at life holistically, valuing nature and love, she has made it her mission to be with and touch people so that everyone can discover their potential and make a difference. The words that best express her view of life will be “Passion”, “Curiosity” and “Love”. Being aware of the fact that love and knowledge multiply by sharing, she makes a joyful journey in life. Nurhan Aktı is married and has two children.

Rana Durbakayım Aylanç (PCC)

Having graduated from '89 KAL, '95 Marmara University Business Administration and worked as a manager at various levels within Yapı & Kredi Bank Corporate Banking, Rana Durbakalım Aylanç ended her banking career in 2014 as the manager of Burgan Bank Business Centre.

Having graduated from ’89 KAL, ’95 Marmara University Business Administration and worked as a manager at various levels within Yapı & Kredi Bank Corporate Banking, Rana Durbakalım Aylanç ended her banking career in 2014 as the manager of Burgan Bank Business Centre.

 

She started her personal development journey in 2005 and her mentoring and coaching journey in 2010 as an internal mentee / mentor and coach.

 

She reinforced her nearly 25 years of corporate and managerial experience with a series of Personal Development and Coaching trainings. Among these trainings, after the first coaching training she received in 2010, she received more comprehensive Basic Professional Coaching Training Modules in 2014, NLP, Transactional Analysis, ODM (Optimum balance model 1-2 and ODM Family), Team Coaching, Laughter coaching Leadership and so on.

 

In addition to providing services in the fields of Team Coaching, Group Coaching, Mindset Coaching and Executive Coaching in companies, she also provides training, mentoring and coaching support to MT staff of companies in preparation for corporate life preparation modules.

 

In terms of career coaching, she also works with young people voluntarily in projects within ICF (ÇYYD, TED, GDN, Soroptimists Association, Bizbize projects) and preparing young people for business life is among her social responsibility missions.

 

As a member of the Board of Directors responsible for Training and Member Relations in the ICF (International Coaching Federation) Türkiye she considers it her duty to contribute to the coaching profession.

 

Aylanç, who believes in the integrity of human beings and defines herself as a constantly learning passenger on her personal development journey, crossed with 11,000 participants in 5700 training hours and was crowned with a coaching experience of approximately 750 hours.

 

While Aylanç defines her purpose of existence as “to be a tool for people to realize themselves”, she summarizes her personal journey with her own words;

She graduated from Kadıköy Anatolian High School and Istanbul University, Faculty of Economics, Department of Economics; she started her career in corporate banking at Yapı & Kredi Bank and continued as a Branch Manager and a Founding Partner at MAG & Partners Finance and Management Consultancy. Today she is the founder of the School of Laughter. 30 years of work experience and managerial competencies in the fields of banking and consulting (finance, investment, training); blended it with training consultancy, coaching and laughter yoga trainer.

 

During her 10 years of corporate training under the umbrella of PDR Group, she crossed paths with more than 18,000 participants and provided 9,100 hours of training. In this journey, she decided to enrich her training with a coaching hat and received Basic Professional Coaching training in 2014. Receiving the title of ACC (Accredited Certified Coach) from ICF, she continues to serve as a manager/performance coach in institutions with 535 hours of coaching experience. She is the pioneer in our country of “Laughter Coaching” and “Happiness Coaching”, which are two niches in coaching. She was trained as a Laughter Yoga Master Trainer at Laughter Yoga International University in India and was honoured with the title of “Laughter Ambassador” of Türkiye. She became the first “Certified Happiness Coach” in Türkiye with the program she completed from Berkeley Institute of Well-Being, California.

It is the purpose of life to mediate people to reflect their inner richness to their environment, just like a flower opens its leaves. While perseverance, courage and love keep her on this path; “Coaching”, “Laughter” and “Training” are the instruments that reach the purpose of life.

Funda Ö․ graduated from Boğaziçi University, Department of Business Administration in 1987. Bener worked at Finansbank between 1988 and 1991, at Credit Lyonnais between 1991 and 1994, and at Ottoman Bank between 1994 and 2001.

She worked as the Training and Development Manager at Carrefoursa company between 2012-2016, took part in the establishment of Carrefoursa Academy and led the team that ensures the functioning of the academy. She led the first year of the academy. The team led by the academy in its first year produced projects that won the TEGEP Leadership Development special jury award and the Brandon Hall bronze medal award in the “best video learning” category. Completing her Master’s Degree in Business Administration-Organizational Behaviour at Marmara University in 2006, Bener conducted a research on the Role of Effective Communication in Resistance to Change and wrote her thesis on leadership styles in Türkiye. Completing her coaching training in 2009, Bener is an ICF accredited coach and a member of the ICF with the title of PCC. She designs development programs that accompany the change and development of employees by constructing change processes in institutions. She advises on the establishment of mentoring systems that are the foundation of learning organizations and structures that allow a coaching culture. In 2019, she received the title of online Coach Hub Certified Coach. She has been a PDR Training and Development Consultant since 2020. Studies continue in the areas of Assessment Centre and Learning Centre. By following the research and studies on Neuroscience and Leadership, she tries to construct and implement tools and methods that carry the realities of practice to development. In 2018, she completed her Logotherapy training and exam focusing on “Man’s Search for Meaning” and received the title of Academic Associate in Viktor Frankl’s Logotherapy. She gives “Coaching Skills” and “Coach-like Management Skills for Leaders” trainings and Change Management training in the Micro MBA program of Bahçeşehir University. She participated in social responsibility projects such as mentoring for Boğaziçi University, Darüşşafaka students and coaching support for Kagider business women. ICF Türkiye provides voluntary coaching support to her collaborations with Bizbize Women Entrepreneurs and the Turkish Informatics Association. She volunteered to coach two female leaders within the framework of Coach Hub’s agreement with IOM (International Migrant Organization). She became the PDRICMA Faculty Leader in September 2020. BRM is a member of Bümed and continues to provide voluntary support by mentoring and coaching the career planning processes of graduates at Boğaziçi University Career Centre.

Binnur Kayabey graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Business Administration in 1995 and started her professional life at Eczacıbaşı Menkul Değerler.

Binnur Kayabey graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Business Administration in 1995 and started her professional life at Eczacıbaşı Menkul Değerler.

 

Afterwards, she moved into an entrepreneurial role as the founder of 2 companies operating in the field of corporate event management and medical device sales. In the first 20 years of her professional career, she took responsibilities related to the creation of different organizational structures, the structuring and management of sales and marketing teams, the determination of strategic priority targets, the establishment, evaluation and development of performance systems, and the analysis of competitors.

 

 

Continuing her studies in the fields of Consulting and Professional Coaching since 2016, Binnur has completed the Human Resources Management Certificate Program, Professional Coaching Basic and Advanced Level trainings accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Team Coaching training, and Transactional Analysis and Neuroscience training. She has the title of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) given by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

 

Believing that people’s journey to themselves is very valuable, she supports the development and transformation of institutions and individuals by sharing their journey with friendships based on knowledge, trust and sincerity in order to activate their endless potentials and  to achieve the performance or satisfaction they want.

Binnur Kayabey, who works on serving the society with various social responsibility projects, is a mother of one child.
