This program is designed to deepen and internalize coaches’ coaching knowledge. The program is a program that teaches coaching with different disciplines, helps coaches to transform what they have learned in theory into practice and to master coaching tools, and prepares coaches to receive a PCC title. This program, which lasts 9-12 months, has a holistic perspective.

PCC Title Acquisition Steps

ICF Approved Advanced Professional Coaching Program Level 2;

6 hours Orientation training,

8 laboratory series of 2.5 hours, repeating once a month (20 hours in total)

A total of 10 hours of mentoring, including 3 individual and 7 group mentoring,

Supervision, 6 of which includes written feedback,

6 peer coaching with observation,

case studies,

2 Performance Assessment Exams,

Follow-up projects supporting coaching;

It includes 75 hours of training and 10 hours of mentoring in total.

Our programs are delivered online or face-to-face by PCC and MCC-approved PDRICMA Faculty Leaders approved by ICF.
