Ali Emre
Ali Emre founded PDR Group in 1989 after working in Arthur Andersen Türkiye and NCR Türkiye. The group, which was initially established as the licensor of TMI, was later positioned by Ali Emre as Türkiye’s leading training and consultancy company and a first in its field.

PDR Group has grown organically through strategic partnerships and inorganically through acquisitions and/or mergers inside and outside Türkiye, and after some changes and additions, it continues its activities as synergistic companies, each of which carries out training and consultancy activities in its own field.
Ali Emre; serves on the advisory boards of different companies and advises companies on achieving results by focusing on growth, increasing productivity and competitive advantage in their work with stakeholders who aim to expand and take their business to the next level.
Ali Emre offers his expertise and skills in managing the turning points and artificial obstacles that hinder the growth of customers to the institutions he consults.
Ali Emre handed over his active leadership role in PDR Group in 2010 and continues his responsibilities as the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Ali Emre, who is married and has two children, is also the author of the business book “MBÖ / Management by Öylesine (at random)”.
Meltem Emre
After graduating from the Middle East Technical University, Meltem Kömürcüoğlu Emre, who took various managerial positions in the banking and finance sectors, joined the PDR Group in 1990 with a radical decision and played an extremely important role in the establishment of the group.

Meltem Komurcuoglu Emre; founded and strategically structured CC Academia in 1997 and also took part in the PDR Group Management Committee.
Meltem has been a Member of the Board of Directors since 2005. She is married and has two children.
Ayşegül Drahşan
After graduating from Yeditepe University, Department of Business Administration with an honorary award, she worked first in the advertising industry and then as a sales manager at FED Training and Consultancy.

Ayşegül joined PDR Group in 2009 as Sales Manager and during her tenure, she won the “Emerging Young Talent of the Year” awards in 2010 and the “Initiative of the Year” awards in 2011 with the Hyundai Sales Academy Project and was appointed as Assistant General Manager.
During her tenure as General Manager at TMI Türkiye, represented by PDR Group, in 2016, R-Touch Attitude, which was realized with Renault Türkiye, received the “Business Developer of the Year” award with her “Excellent Customer Satisfaction” project.
Ayşegül Drahşan, who supports institutions in training and consultancy processes and also continues her individual coaching activities, has been the General Manager of PDR International since 2015 and the General Coordinator of PDR Group since October 2019, taking responsibility for developing synergy among PDR Group companies.
Ayşegül, married, mother of one son, is the author of the book “We Need an Education” and co-author of the book SHIFT!
