Our Social Responsibility Projects
Social responsibility is one of our most important values that we support with different projects every year. As PDR Group, we lead training and development with our projects that we carry out together with respected and leading organizations in the sector. We are in the second year of our coaching program for graduate scholars in cooperation with PDRICMA and Anadolu Foundation. We continue to support the development of our young friends who have studied and graduated with Anadolu Foundation scholarships in their business lives. Our young people are our future within the scope of our social responsibility project. Our coaches, who graduated from our PDRICMA ICF Accredited Professional Coaching certification programs and are managers in business life, continue to provide 6 sessions of one-on-to coaching support for Anadolu Foundation scholars. We would like to thank all our graduates who took part in our second project this year.
In our social responsibility projects we have realized with the Training Volunteers Foundation of Türkiye, which consists of volunteers who set out to raise primary school children in a qualified manner with contemporary and universal values and make great efforts in this regard, and as the PDR Group, which has reached large masses by focusing on people in the training consultancy sector since 1989; We held our "Mind Mapping and Focusing" trainings with our 6-14 age group, primary school children, our "Developing Coaching Skills" program with the employees working at TEGV headquarters, our "Coaching Skills" webinars with TEGV teams working in different geographies of Türkiye. We would like to thank all our PDR Group consultants and the Training Volunteers Foundation of Türkiye (TEGV), which has been supporting the training and development of our children for years.
As PDR Group, we have been the pioneer of Training and Development since our establishment in 1989. The training and development of our children and adults is our top priority. In this context, we provide book support to schools in need in Türkiye within the scope of our joint social responsibility project with KAHEV (Foundation for Women Physicians). As PDR Group, we are happy to give hope to our children and to give them the habit of reading with the libraries we opened. Our projects continue at full speed to bring libraries to more schools.
